I guess the tone of your email that you are not exactly thrilled with the idea of having to give up one of its bridesmaid for someone who is not particularly close. My opinion on the matter is this: If you do not feel any special pressure to include women of her boyfriend brothers on Wholesale side of the wedding party and the idea never occurred to you on your own, I would say no worry about that.
